How much does it cost to hire you?

How long do I have to file a claim in Massachusetts?
Generally three years from the date of injury (M.G.L. c. 260, § 2A). Some claims — against cities, towns or the MBTA, or for sidewalk defects — have much shorter notice deadlines.
