James Calder founded the firm in 1999 after a decade on the insurance-defense side. Elena Morrow joined in 2004, and the firm has grown to five attorneys and a support team of fourteen — still small enough that every client knows their lawyer.

We take a limited number of cases so each one gets the preparation it deserves. That is why insurers take our cases seriously, and why most of our clients come to us through referrals.
